New professional opportunities are now open at the Edmund Mach Foundation. The Research and Innovation Centre has launched a public selection process for fixed-term positions for Researchers and Technologists (Levels III and IV) to be integrated into three highly strategic scientific areas:
- Agrosystems and Bioeconomy
- Biodiversity, Ecology, and Environment
- Food and Nutrition
The call is open to both junior and more experienced profiles, ranging from recent graduates (for Level IV positions) to candidates holding a PhD (for Level III positions) who are eager to contribute to a cutting-edge innovation ecosystem. A minimum English language proficiency of level B2 is required for all applicants.
The Selection Process
The selection procedure includes an initial online multiple-choice test (scheduled for July 30th) to assess reasoning skills, digital literacy, statistics, and specialized knowledge. This test will determine a shortlist of 200 eligible candidates, from which the final profiles will be selected through subsequent individual interviews.
Deadlines and Application Process
Applications must be submitted electronically no later than 11:59 AM on July 21st, 2026.
Full details regarding specific requirements, exam topics, and application forms are available on the Foundation's website under the "Lavora con noi" (Work with us) section or directly at the selection notice page.
