The "Gender Equality Plan" is a tool that commits Edmund Mach Foundation to implementing, on an annual basis, concrete actions to pursue the goal of making the Institution a place of well-being for all with respect for equality and diversity, free from discrimination and guaranteeing unhindered professional and scientific progress.
