Spirits

High-quality grappas and brandies representative of the Trentino distilling tradition are obtained from the distillation with bain-marie stills of wines, pomace and fruit of the company's origin. This includes the "Istituto Agrario", "Monastero" grappas and brandies, and "Fruit brandies" lines.

"Istituto Agrario" grappas

Faithfully following the tradition of the Agricultural Institute, the Edmund Mach Foundation distillery keeps on distilling all the pomace from the Farm, creating a significant series of "grappas" with different and clearly distinguishable characteristics, and with a good personality.

The grappas in the Monastero line were born from the master distiller's idea of summarising some of the characteristics of the Trentino region in a marc distillate. Aged wine brandy has been produced since the time of founder Edmund Mach.
Oenological knowledge and the technique of distillation and aging harmoniously blend in this distillate.

Fruit brandies

To obtain an excellent fruit distillate, it is essential that the raw material is ripe to the right degree. Distilling the fermented puree is not particularly difficult, but it must be conducted gently to preserve the fragrance and flavors of the starting product. From our valuable and unique collection of fruit trees, a series of distillates with distinct varietal characteristics are obtained.
